Hello! I’m Evelyn Townsend, and if you’ve been at this business thing for any length of time, chances are you can relate to a deep desire to create an online business that creates
impact and provides me with time and money freedom – and the frustration of not making it a reality – YET.
After decades in corporate positions in the tech and learning and development fields (including being a pioneer in the online
learning space), I had a deep desire to return to my entrepreneurial roots and launch an online business that would help those with expertise to share share their knowledge via online courses.
I was taken aback that most in the space had no online course
development credentials, never mind experience. And here they were selling their “knowledge” and making a good living at it.
I found that as an expert introvert, it wasn’t a level playing field, and I was not comfortable using tactics espoused by the “experts” or “gurus” of the day.
Not only tactics that didn’t fit, many were only suitable
for those with an existing list or audience!
Then everything changed…
This left me foundering. I was more qualified and deeply cared
about the transformation I could provide the market. It mattered to me that customers would get results, but I refused to make promises that could potentially not be kept.
I purchased course after course, coaching and software until I
had all the necessary knowledge and skills – but still no online
business, because the “sales and marketing” tactics that worked for others I simply was not comfortable executing. I didn’t want to be on camera selling, I didn’t want to have to post consistently to social media, post blogs, start a podcast or other trendy tactics on platforms that may or may not exist in the future or could revoke your account at any time.

THIS HAPPENED
Corporately, I earned a reputation industry-wide as “the fixer”. I realized that the same skillset was needed to realize my dream of a business that put value first while providing a predictably profitable income for me.

I TOOK THE NEXT STEP
The result: The realization that quizzes are the only and the best lead generation tactic for all personality types, but in particular introverts. Why? Because other tactics could potentially work with a more outgoing personalities, but introverts needed something that would not come across as sleezy, slimy or salesy. Up front value and an opportunity to demonstrate expertise above all. The opposit of “buy my stuff”!

I help coaches, consultants and course creators who feel frustrated with their current lead generation tactics and results, build a quality and targetted email list (get leads), so that they can finally have the impact together with time and money freedom, WITHOUT feeling icky, sleezy or slimy!
